Two quarters are borrowed from a spectator who places them head-side up, in your palm up, outstretched right hand. The coins are displayed, then transferred to the left hand, being turned tail side up in the process, and displayed once again.
The left hand closes, opens, and PRESTO, the coins have both changed to Chinese coins. (Complete with holes in their centers) The coins are transferred back to the right hand, closes, and when it opens again, they are halves again .
